Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Experienced or SeniorBusiness Operations Specialist to join the 777X Change Incorporation & Refurbishment (CI&R) team located in Everett, Washington.

Change Incorporation and Refurbishment (CI&R) has a unique statement of work of building flight test assets, incorporating changes post-ATC (Amended Type Certification), and storing/preserving strategically pre-built 777-9s. The Business Operations Specialist will plan, commit, and manage changes to baseline across various statement of work and functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Everett, Washington location.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goalsSupports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignmentCoordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategiesIdentifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planningMeets with leadership to gain approval and share project statusCollects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and complianceEnsures follow-up action for issue resolutionProvides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnelDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partnersProvides support for emergent Program requirements as well as sustaining business management actionsUses Boeing Problem Solving Model to find solutions and process that supports cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or similar roles3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Executives or Senior Leadership3+ years of experience communicating to multiple business units and key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience performing in a change management, program management, or similar roles5+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projectsPMP Certification2+ years of experience in Airplane ProgramsCoaching, mentoring, and team development experienceBachelor’s Degree or higher

Summary Pay Range:

Experienced (Level 3): $95,700 - $111,860

Senior (Level 4): $118,320 - $140,060
