The Business Integrator for Protective Services is responsible for overseeing, developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining integrated plans and schedules for highly complex Executive Protection and Major Event Team (MET) operations.
This role applies project management industry standards to ensure protective missions and large-scale events are executed on time, on scope, and within resource constraints. The incumbent provides high-level studies and analysis (trend, variance, impact), develops mitigation plans, refines business cases, and consults on best practices for integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management across Boeing Enterprise Security.
This position serves as the primary project contact for stakeholder requirements, authorizes commitments through stakeholder approvals, and directs deployment of approved recommendations.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrated Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated master schedules and operations plans for Executive Protection and MET operations
Create and manage baselines, change control processes, and schedule recovery actions to align with program objectives and Project Management (PM) best practices
Establish dependencies and resource leveling across multi-disciplinary teams (security, logistics, operations, communications, facilities)
Analysis & Reporting
Produce high-level analytical deliverables: trend analysis, schedule variance reports (SV), cost/impact assessments, and contingency forecasts
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain situational awareness dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing operations and events
Risk, Opportunity & Business Case Development
Identify operational, security, schedule, and logistical risks and opportunities, lead development of mitigation, contingency, and escalation plans
Quantify impacts to scope, schedule, and resources and refine business cases to support resourcing and governance decisions
Conduct after-action reviews and lessons-learned capture to improve future operations and drive continuous improvement
Process & Strategy
Develop and implement enterprise-level processes and strategy for integration of plans and schedules specific to Protective Services
Recommend and implement industry best practices, tools, and techniques for integrated planning, change management, and baseline control
Lead standardization efforts for planning templates, checklists, and playbooks used across Protective Services
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Act as primary integrator and point of contact for key stakeholders: security operations, legal, facilities, and external partners
Obtain stakeholder approvals for commitments of personnel, equipment, and funding; clearly document decisions and action items
Operational Coordination & Execution
Support pre-event threat assessments, venue surveys, access control plans, emergency response, and continuity of operations planning
Facilitate cross-functional rehearsals, tabletop exercises, and readiness assessments
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of progressive experience in integrated planning, program/schedule management, and/or business integration for complex, multi-stakeholder programs
5+ years of experience supporting executive protection, close protection, and/or major event security operations
Ability to work irregular hours, travel, and be on-call during major events or protective missions
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Security and/or Protective Operations certifications
Experience with communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk information clearly to executives and cross-functional teams
Experience with high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong situational awareness in fast-moving environments
Experience working in a calm, decisive, and adaptable way under pressure; capable of directing multi-disciplinary teams and making timely decisions
Experience with analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, metrics-driven program management, and after-action learning

Summary pay range: $184,000 – $220,000
