These entry-level and associate positions have a start date anytime between January 2025 and September 2025. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):Currently majoring in a core engineering/applied sciences discipline (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil (especially Structural emphasis or interest), Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Engineering Mechanics, Systems Engineering). Enrolled in a Historically Black College and UniversityCurrently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2025

Entry-Level summary pay range: $47,000 - $117,000
Associate summery pay range: $56,000 - $145,000
Mid-Level summary pay range: $67,000 - $177,000
