Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Quality & EHS Business Operations team. This position will be located in Seattle, WA.
In this position you will serve as the business integrator for the Quality Leader, acting as a proactive partner and ensuring a unified operating rhythm.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage, facilitate and support day-to-day operations and meetingsDeliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environmentDevelop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customersIdentify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approvalAssists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the businessManages, updates, and improves operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.)Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 5+ years of years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 5+ years of experience leading projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher preferredExperience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations
