Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations teams at one of the following locations: Plano, TX; Irving, TX; or Seattle, WA. This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm for the BGS Parts & Distribution Sales and Marketing function.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Serve as a strategic advisor to the BGS Parts & Distribution Sales and Marketing functional leadership team to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems, tools, and processesCollaborate across a matrixed organization in support of overarching Sales and Marketing goalsLead the execution of the organization’s management system using Program Management Best PracticesAssist completion of data calls and actions aligned to executive priorities and initiatives, and track actions to resolutionSupporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetingsDeliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility, and ever-changing environmentCoordinate artifacts, presentations, and content that will be shared with senior leadersManage and update operating tools (Salesforce, OneNote, SharePoint, file shares, Outlook, etc.)Work with BGS Business Operations to drive functional excellence
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, Power Point and Excel3+years of experience working with geographically dispersed teams5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and developing conclusions and recommendations5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 5+ years of experience leading projects Experience in a role that required analytical, communication and problem solving skillsExperience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguityExperience and/or the ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher preferredExperience working in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and/or SalesAnticipates customer needs and proactively takes action
