Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is seeking a EA-18G Modification and Maintenance Manager who supports the type wing (CVWP) on the EA-18G modification line. Position is located in Whidbey Island, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"3+ years of experience planning and scheduling maintenanceAble to travel domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with maintenance data systems and readiness reporting toolsMilitary aircraft maintenance safe for flight/exceptional release qualificationExperience with continuous improvement programs (e.g., RCCA, 5S, Lean)Understanding of TD/TCTO's
