Boeing Commercial Airplanes(BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-LevelProcurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Supply Chain Operations Interiors team in Everett, Washington.

Looking for candidates to join our Supply Chain Operations Interiors team as a procurement agent working in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. This position is supplier facing and will be responsible for managing the relationship with external suppliers and project managing all aspects of their performance.

The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge, with a focus on work movement and rate readiness activities. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

2+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

2+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing, quality or experience in a regulated industry

2+ years of experience working multiple tasks with differing levels of importance

Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's Degree or higher

3+ years of experience with Project Management

Typical Education/ Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range – Associate (Level 2): $68,400 - $83,600

Summary pay range – Mid-Level (Level 3): $84,600 - $103,400
