Estimated salary: $135,100
Range: $92,400 - $177,800

Description

The WW Security GTM Specialist drives scale partner engagement across the AWS Security partner network. This role focuses on working with partners to build service and software capabilities with native AWS Security services in order to qualify for Security Partner GTM benefits. The specialist coordinates with third-party agencies to execute joint GTM activities while ensuring partners are accurately reporting co-sell results through ACE (AWS Customer Engagements) by submitting opportunities with security services attached. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, metric-driven environments and has a demonstrated ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder programs at scale.

Key job responsibilities

• Work directly with partners to build service delivery practices and software integrations using native AWS Security services, enabling them to meet eligibility requirements for Security Partner GTM.

• Coordinate with the third-party agencies responsible for joint GTM execution, validating that partner engagement activities align with program goals and security service adoption targets.

• Ensure partners are reporting co-sell results accurately through ACE (AWS Customer Engagements), verifying that submitted opportunities include the appropriate security services attached.

• Collaborate with partner alliance leads, marketing teams, and architects to drive security service adoption and pipeline generation across the partner base.

• Onboard newly eligible partners into Security Partner GTM and ensure access to GTM support, campaign assets, and enablement resources.

• Support partner enablement by coordinating technical readiness activities, capability assessments, and solution validation efforts.

• Monitor campaign and pipeline metrics including opportunity submission compliance, partner attribution accuracy, and aggregate program performance.

• Produce weekly reporting on partner engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and program health to ensure accountability against performance thresholds.

A day in the life

You start your morning reviewing partner engagement dashboards and checking opportunity submission compliance. You hop on a call with a third-party agency to align on upcoming GTM activities. Mid-morning, you onboard a newly eligible partner into Security Partner GTM, ensuring access to campaign assets and enablement resources. After lunch, you dig into ACE data, flagging opportunities where security service attribution is missing and reaching out to partners for corrections. You close out the day pulling together your weekly metrics summary, highlighting wins and identifying partners needing support.
