Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using Agentic AI? AWS Specialist Solutions Architects(SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization, SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud-based systems using AWS Agentic AI services such as Amazon Quick. Key job responsibilities

Roles/Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.

• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.

• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.

• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.

• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

- 7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience

- 2+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience

- Hands-on experience in building Intelligent virtual Assitance



Extended Qualifications

- Experience working with end user or developer communities

- 8+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience

- Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)

- Experience building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets

- Experience working in a cloud based development and production environment such as AWS

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
