Description

As a Partner GTM Specialist within AWS's Worldwide Data & AI team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue, adoption, and growth across AWS's customer segments. This role combines strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and business development expertise to help position AWS as the cloud provider of choice.

Key job responsibilities

You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Data & AI for partners. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Specialist, Marketing, and Specialist teams will be essential to drive comprehensive initiatives. You'll be tasked with developing scalable programs to increase adoption of AWS services among customers. Creating and executing customer acquisition strategies will be a core part of your role. You'll be responsible for delivering insightful business reviews and operational planning documents to stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with customer executives will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you'll provide valuable market feedback to inform AWS's product development, ensuring our offerings align with customer needs.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- 5+ years of professional or military experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules



Extended Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
