This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Our Applied AI Solutions Go-To-Market team delivers AI and Agentic business applications that help millions of companies manage their day-to-day operations. We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon's real-world experience to build opinionated, turn-key solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use.We are seeking an experienced Worldwide Partner Activation Lead to join the Applied AI Solutions GTM Acceleration team. This role is a core member of the GTM Acceleration team and will leverage content, strategies, and field activation materials developed by the GTM Acceleration team to drive partner ecosystem activation. This position requires strong understanding of AWS and external Partner business dynamics, AWS field enablement and planning processes, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and bias for action. You must be uncomfortable with status quo, curious about new programs impacting customers, partners, and employees, and possess strong analytical skills with Think Big and Invent & Simplify mindsets.
Key job responsibilities
Design and execute unified partner enablement strategy - Develop partner enablement roadmap aligned with GTM Acceleration team priorities, balance 1:few strategic engagement with 1:many scalable approaches, and manage enablement calendar with quarterly themes.
Execute partner field marketing events - Plan and execute Partner Equip events (regional events, Re-Invent, Customer Contact Week) using GTM Acceleration team content, coordinate event organization and post-event surveys, and organize annual spotlight day.
Manage partner communications and PartnerCast - Coordinate quarterly Connect roadmap sessions for authorized partners under NDA, manage one-to-many enablement sessions, and develop monthly newsletters and targeted communications leveraging GTM Acceleration team materials.
Deliver targeted partner enablement programs - Conduct 1:1 enablement with Top N strategic partners on priority sales plays using GTM Acceleration team content, deliver 1:many sessions for long-tail partners, provide advanced enablement on agentic capabilities and developer tools, and coordinate beta and pre-launch enablement.
'Partnerize' GTM Acceleration team content - Collaborate with GTM Acceleration team and Marketing to adapt internal field activation content for Partner Central, remove sensitive information, and ensure alignment with field activation messaging.
Enable AWS field teams on partner value - Conduct quarterly enablement sessions featuring partners and Partner BD representatives using GTM Acceleration team frameworks, establish monthly enablement cadence, and organize bi-weekly Partner Enablement sessions for Sales Team.
Educate and coordinate with Partner Development ecosystem - Educate PDMs on partner practice development to drive AWS adjacent revenue, align PDM activities with GTM Acceleration team priorities, and serve as liaison between GTM Acceleration team and partner ecosystem.
Coordinate content and speaker management - Identify and coordinate SME speakers for enablement sessions, review partner nominations from Partner BD, ensure materials are current and partner-appropriate, and coordinate cross-functional involvement from partners and AWS teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Extended Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
