We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team.We're looking for a Visual Designer who is detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role, you will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach. The Visual Designer will create best-in-class layouts and visuals that support organizational objectives while partnering with marketing teams to ensure that designs meet our customer and business needs. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact by collaborating closely with talented marketing, business, and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.
Key job responsibilities
1. Create best-in-class visual design assets.
2. Executes and translates business needs into design solutions
3. Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management.
4. Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
5. Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
6. Work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
7. Expertise in animation to help create bar-raising motion designs.
8. Expertise in Figma to help create bar-raising creative.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong knowledge in visual communication, branding guidelines, conceptual work and digital executions.
- Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual communications, graphic design or related field
- Understanding of the web production process; familiarity with post-production retouching.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns- Experience with motion design and video editing is a bonus
- Knowledge of key technology and market trends
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
- Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
