We are seeking a Sr. Vendor Manager to lead the vendor driven customer support efforts across the AMR, EMEA, and APAC regions. Charged with leading, developing, and engaging with our network of exceptionally talented vendor sites, their supervisors and agents, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a globally dispersed network of vendor locations, owning overall site performance, adherence to policies, procedures, and financials.Key job responsibilities
Daily, you’ll inspect the health of your business and our customers' experience. As the Vendor Manager overseeing all of eero’s outsource vendor partners, a typical day will consist of meeting with our vendor partners to review performance, identify opportunities and mitigate performance issues before they become trends. You’ll hold 1:1 meetings with vendor leadership and put together plans to meet performance expectations. You’ll work closely with strategic partners to drive initiatives and act as the voice of our vendor sites when reviewing long term strategic plans and goals. You’ll dig into details, working closely with Quality and Learning and Development to ensure our vendors are set up for success.
As a Vendor Manager, you will:
- Leverage metrics to identify opportunities and drive efficiencies in the business
- Identify roadblocks, brainstorm solutions and drive resolution of problems
- Conduct business reviews with Senior Management regarding business progress and roadblocks
- Establish and/or maintain relationships with outsource vendor partners, both domestic and internationally.
- Identify customer needs through analyzing metrics and working with our vendors to improve performance
- Audit and action all elements of the business (e.g., inputs, outputs, site experience, team performance), performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and makes decisions based on data
- Collaborate with Training, Quality and Senior Leaders to drive performance and improve the customer experience
- Conduct business reviews with vendors, observing site performance and trends
- Act as a liaison between sites and internal operations, ensuring an open and clear communication channel
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and systems and drive scalable solutions
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (<50%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree- 3+ years of business development or similar experience
- Excellent business acumen with a track record of success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights from complex analyses to internal and external entities
- Ability to think strategically and tactically with attention to detail
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success
- Capable of working closely with data and using analytics to problem-solve
Extended Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience- Experience with process improvement and automation (e.g., LEAN Six Sigma, Process Management)
- COPC Certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $191,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
