Description
The Analytics and Growth UX team within Seller Growth organization seeks a Sr. UX Designer to drive GenAI powered analytics and recommendations experiences that empower Sellers to grow their business through strategic, data-driven decisions and Agentic actioning.In this role, you will will be responsible for the design of the end-to-end business and product-level Sales, Traffic, and Cost Analytics experience, which enables Sellers to understand business trends and take strategic action. You will drive a long-term analytics vision, launch new visualization design components, experiment on information architecture, and advise on research and product definition. You will invent big ideas while attending to details, tirelessly advocate for design excellence, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, leading by example to raise the bar on design and inspire those around you.
The ideal candidate has expertise in Information Visualization, Analytics Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture. They have significant experience leading both UX strategy and execution by effectively communicating with and influencing stakeholders. They have designed for large data sets, and cross-device experiences (e.g. desktop, mobile, API) and have advanced skills in Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead design for GenAI-powered analytics and recommendations experiences to help Sellers take insight-based strategic actions to grow their business.
* Go deep on research insights and competitive intelligence to drive product innovation and iteration.
* Lead cross-functional brainstorms to solve Seller needs through design, research, business, technology, and science.
* Create and rapidly iterate on ideas in order to develop them, via storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed.
* Design innovative experiences and vision to provide Sellers personalized guidance on growth strategies tailored to their unique business goals.
* Apply systems-level thinking to drive scalable design solutions, identify opportunities to standardize UX, and build reusable components.
* Stay on top of industry trends, experimenting with new technology and interaction patterns.
* Present across organizations, including leadership presentations and events.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Experience with Analytics, Data Visualization, GenAI, and Agentic UX

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
