Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused sourcing recruiter with a passion for delighting clients and candidates to join our global recruiting organization. AWS Infrastructure Services dedicated talent acquisition team plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top AWS Infrastructure Services professionals across all domains. These talent acquisition specialists partner closely with AWS leaders to understand technical and operational requirements, driving candidate generation strategies and maintaining high hiring standards. This structure, supported by strategic talent acquisition efforts, enables Amazon to scale its AWS Infrastructure Services operations effectively while adapting to evolving customer needs and technologies.

Successful sourcers on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Key job responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches

• Source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research

• Track and report on key sourcing metrics and hiring funnel data

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS

• Support recruitment events and initiatives

Qualifications

- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience

- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience

- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates



Extended Qualifications

- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring

- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
