As our Technical Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of implementing AI solutions that will reshape how legal professionals work across Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Amazon Music, Audible, and Amazon Games.Key job responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive deployment of AI tools across Entertainment Legal teams
- Design and execute tailored training programs for legal professionals
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with attorneys, engineers, and technology partners
- Analyze AI tool performance and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Develop technical documentation and user guides to support AI solution adoption

Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience- 2+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
Extended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience in legal and regulatory environment of internet, software, and media industries
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with legal, contracting, or procurement workflows

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
