Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the execution and delivery of Amazon's AI-powered Learning Intelligence Platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Applied Science, Measurement Science, Software Development, and global Learning teams to deliver a unified, intelligence-based ecosystem that consolidates fragmented learning data, systems, and definitions into a single, governed source of truth.

In this role, you will manage complex technical programs that enable standardized impact-measurement frameworks, self-service analytics, natural-language data access, and predictive insights. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities that support real-time intelligence and long-term scalability across NA Operations, EU Operations, and corporate functions.

Key job responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of Learning Intelligence Platform initiatives, coordinating across Data Engineering, Applied Science, Software Development, Analytics and Operation

- Technical architecture implementation: semantic layers, data pipelines, real-time event ingestion, APIs, and metadata governance. Coordinate integration strategies with existing learning systems and siloed systems

- Facilitate alignment across Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders on program priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.

- Coordinate with Director+ and VP-level stakeholders to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate development of self-service insights capabilities including natural-language querying, guided workflows, and automated/predictive intelligence.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers across complex, multi-team programs. - Establish operational mechanisms including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- 3+ years of software development experience

- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules



Extended Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
