Description
The Home & Lifestyle Innovation Team (HIT) is seeking a highly skilled Senior TPM to work on next-generation shopping experiences powered by Generative AI technology.This forward-looking initiative offers you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology to unlock the creation of visual assets at scale (text, images, and videos) using Generative AI, transforming how creative content is generated and integrated throughout the customer shopping journey.
In this role, you will own work-streams to develop the science foundations for visual asset creation supporting global marketing campaigns and detailed page imagery, drive execution, and partner closely with a dedicated team of scientists, engineers and Product Managers to build your solution.
Key job responsibilities

• Work with business leaders, scientists, engineers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including the design, development, testing, and measurement of GenAI systems.
• Work on a variety of challenging problems that have the potential to significantly impact Amazon’s business and customer experience.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs for performance, and features.
• Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve goals.
• Report progress on key goals and deliverables to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- 1+ years of experience working on GenAI.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
