Description
The Device Analytics Services is responsible for providing device product and engineering teams the ability to understand customer engagement journeys so they can improve the experiences that our customers have with our devices.As a senior leader in this space, you will be responsible for ensuring that we can deliver on implementing key metrics across all devices that Amazon launches. You will build strategic relationships with product teams, legal, and privacy experts. You will drive the execution of the product vision, so that business get insights into what experiences our customers prefer, through the use of data, and experiment frameworks.
You will be excellent at driving results, being able to work across multiple organizations, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. You are responsible for defining the execution plan and driving it. You know how to build relationships and influence others.
Key job responsibilities
You will work across multiple organizations, including legal, privacy, device OS, and product teams to come up with execution plans to deliver on our product vision. You will manage stakeholders, identify and manage risks, make technical tradeoffs, and ensure we have on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
