Description
The Amazon Business team is looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering an amazing experience to our international business customers. We focus on merging the customer experience, selection, pricing, and convenience that consumers have come to expect and love from Amazon with the features and functionality required by our business customers.Candidates need to have ownership, passion to provide great customer experience and troubleshooting skills. Experience with building web-based applications and/or web services-based applications is desired.
Key job responsibilities
Interface with internal Product Managers and design owners to understand requirements, set priorities and communicate direction and progress.
Develop long-term development and business technology strategies
End-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution.
Effectively coordinate with customers, technical staff and leaders, business leaders and executives in different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features.
Ability to disambiguate, define and plan programs in a fast paced and highly-technical organization, and secure buy in from internal and external stakeholders

About the team
The AB Services team was established in Q2’22 as a key enabler of turnkey solutions that reduce their costs, improve their operational efficiency, and free up their bandwidth to focus on their core business. Services are most critical to enabling AB customer deals.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience - from the visual interface to the back end services. You will be working with new technologies that improve usability and increase performance and scalability. You will help redefine normal for this segment of the market. You will help translate business requirements to technical deliverables and deliver operationally stable solution that provide good customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
