Description
The WW Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs (BPC) team’s charter isto maximize the value members perceive and realize from Prime. We innovate new benefits and membership constructs for Prime members, while partnering with other organizations in Prime to deliver a valuable and premium member experience.
We are seeking an exceptional Sr Technical Program Manager to lead challenging, high-value, high-visibility programs. As a Sr TPM for Amazon Prime, you will be responsible for delivering projects with huge strategic impact. You will work with various software and business teams around the company to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of Amazon Prime! This role will give you an opportunity to work with many different teams and learn a range of new systems, leveraging the deep collection of technologies throughout the company
Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
