We're looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to innovate on behalf of customers, build effective solutions and deliver within OTS.
Key job responsibilities
This Sr TPM position requires a program management background and direct experience developing and implementing ServiceNow products. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but will also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly. A TPM anticipates bottlenecks, uses great judgment to make trade-offs, and balances the business needs with technical and scientific constraints.
- Manage programs, identify and mitigate risks, clear project blockers, hold teams accountable for delivery, ensure we test features and meet quality definitions, handle releases, and post launch monitoring.
- As part of the project and program ownership, TPMs know the larger business picture (i.e., customer experience, organization goals, opportunities, and/or problems) and technical requirements of the solutions being built (i.e., architecture, dependency affects, efficiency, performance, availability, operability, etc.).
- Partner effectively with managers to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery.

About the team
Our team oversees the planning and execution of large-scale, cross functional programs both software and hardware. We focus on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple product initiatives. Our core responsibilities include:
- Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structure. We ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, assess their potential impact and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and derive data insights through PA/BI and publish those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's Degree
- Requires travel 25% to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and analytic tools/languages like SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or others to translate data into meaningful insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
