Description

Does innovation inspire you? Is problem-solving through teamwork in your DNA? Do you like seeing how your work impacts the bigger picture? If you answered yes to any of these, you’ll fit in the AWS Data Centers Teams. We're revolutionizing global infrastructure by deploying state-of-the-art robotics solutions to optimize, enhance and automate data center operations. As the world’s largest cloud computing provider, AWS is building next-generation automation systems that integrate robotics, AI-driven analytics, and large-scale deployments to tackle real-world challenges at an unprecedented scale. Our dynamic team collaborates with experts across AWS to conceive, develop, prototype, and deploy cutting-edge robotic systems.

As a Senior Product Manager Technical (PMT) for large-scale robotics rollout, you will own the strategic planning, testing and execution of deploying robotics solutions across our global data center footprint. Your primary mission is to drive innovation by integrating autonomous systems that enhance efficiency in security, auditing, cabling, and maintenance workflows. To ensure seamless implementation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including robotics engineers, data center operations, security, and compliance teams.

This fast-paced, high-visibility role sits at the intersection of robotics, automation, and data center operations. You will lead an aggressive roadmap to make AWS data centers cutting-edge through the seamless deployment of robotics at scale. With the rapid expansion of AWS’s global infrastructure, your work will directly contribute to redefining efficiency, security, and automation standards across thousands of data centers. You will be expected to anticipate challenges, navigate complex operational environments, and implement solutions that enable repeatable, scalable deployment strategies. Your ability to manage technical complexity while ensuring operational alignment will be crucial in revolutionizing how robotics augment human capabilities within our data centers.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
