Description
Amazon Customs and Trade (ACT) is looking for a Product Leader to solve complex financial technology challenges by driving innovative solutions that streamline customs processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best in class products that simplify international trade financial operations, creating meaningful impact for businesses worldwide.Key job responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive product strategies for financial technology solutions in the customs domain
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans
- Create detailed product requirements documents and prioritize feature development
- Manage product lifecycle from conceptualization through launch and iterative improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
