Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Manager, Technical to join the Privacy and Identity Experiences team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Senior Product Manager, Technical, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our privacy and identity initiatives, ensuring that AWS continues to deliver industry-leading marketing experiences as well as infrastructure building blocks to enable partners to apply build quickly using a common identity and privacy framework.Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for privacy and identity services within AWS, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Deeply understand customer requirements, pain points, and use cases related to privacy and identity management, and incorporate this feedback into product planning and development.
- Ensure that privacy and identity products and services meet the highest standards of compliance and security, working closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and customer concerns.
- Lead the successful launch of new products and features, working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Define and track key performance metrics for privacy and identity products, regularly analyzing data to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.
A day in the life
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review progress on ongoing development initiatives and provide guidance on technical requirements and priorities.
- Meet with key stakeholders from legal, compliance, and security teams to discuss regulatory requirements and ensure alignment on privacy and security standards.
- Lead a cross-functional product planning meeting to prioritize upcoming features and initiatives based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Review customer feedback and support tickets to identify common issues and pain points, and work with engineering teams to address them in future product updates.
- Present the latest product roadmap and updates to senior leadership, providing insights into market trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Extended Qualifications
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
