AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement programs to optimize supply chain operations

• Develop thoughtful solutions for complex infrastructure challenges

• Coordinate program execution across multiple teams

• Evaluate and communicate program outcomes and impact

• Build consensus and share insights with stakeholders

• End-to-end ownership on capacity delivery

A day in the life

You'll begin your day connecting with international teams to align on supply chain priorities. Throughout the day, you'll analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and create recommendations for process improvements. You'll facilitate collaborative sessions with partners to develop innovative solutions and participate in strategic planning discussions that influence our global infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

- Experience in supply chain management

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in planning or strategy roles



Extended Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of end-to-end process improvement methodologies

- Track record of successful strategic initiative implementation

- Background in technology or electronics industries

- Familiarity with systems analysis and modeling tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
