Description
Amazon’s Tax Data Team is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to focus on data reporting and reconciliation requirements related to new and existing corporate initiatives. This role will report to our Global Data Planning and Integrations Director, as a part of the Global Tax Services team you will coordinate and set the strategy for data reporting and reconciliation in collaboration with key tax compliance, audit and tech partners. This role is a great opportunity to think big on tax compliance requirements, system capabilities and developing data strategies for accurate and scalable tax reportingKey job responsibilities
• Coordinate and set strategy for data reporting and reconciliation
• Lead corporate tax data integration strategies
• Oversee new corporate and business initiative implementations
• Collaborate on upstream source transition management
• Analyze data requirements and current reporting capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Handle data functional specs, requirements, testing, and process design

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills

- • Strong attention to detail
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- • Relationship-building skills with partner teams
Extended Qualifications
- • Related bachelor’s degree or tax qualifications are preferred.- • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving ability

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $172,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
