Connecting vendors, fulfillment centers, sort centers, air gateways, United States Postal Service (USPS) and final mile delivery stations. If a truck load needs to be moved, we deliver results. ATS is seeking a Supply Chain Manager/ Middle Mile Performance Manager to help develop a world class logistics process that delivers goods on time at the best cost. Our team objective is to manage to excellence freight flowing through our North American transportation networks, specifically focused on transportation carrier programs and performance.

Key job responsibilities

- Can work in any approved corporate location

- Collaborating on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across customer-facing programs.

- Strategically assess how inbound and Amazon Freight supply chains most efficiently serve each program to identify opportunities and align with key stakeholders to influence the program decision-making processes.

- Influence Relay third party (3P) carrier leadership and Amazon technology teams to identify and drive process improvements that improve service, iterate technology and enhance vendor engagement and growth.

- Analyze data across databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

- Leverage AI for efficiency while maintaining ownership of accuracy and credibility of outputs.

- Identify appropriate performance metrics for each program and ensure consistent measurement and accountability.

- Traveling domestically 25% - 50%.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 3+ years of program management, sourcing project management and supplier or customer relationship management experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams



Extended Qualifications

- Master's degree

- 5+ years of program management, sourcing project management and supplier or customer relationship management experience

- 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and category management in indirect categories such as professional services, support or maintenance spend, supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience

- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
