Join our innovative supply chain and network strategy team where you'll shape the future of ultrafast delivery across North America. In this role, you'll develop strategic solutions that transform how customers receive their packages while optimizing our delivery network for speed and efficiency.About the Supply Chain and Network Strategy Team: We are passionate about revolutionizing the delivery experience through innovative fulfillment solutions that enable speed. Our collaborative team combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to build and optimize our delivery network. We partner closely with Retail, Finance, Real Estate, Tech, and Operations teams to create sustainable solutions that delight customers.
A Day in the Life: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. You'll use data-driven insights to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities while contributing to the evolution of our delivery capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement network optimization models considering customer coverage, quality, capacity, and cost efficiency
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance delivery network performance
• Create data-driven analyses to support business decisions and growth strategies
• Foster partnerships across teams to implement network improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Extended Qualifications
- MBA, or Master's degree- 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Basic SQL knowledge

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
