As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be supporting procurement ops for data center construction categories.

We ensure our customers receive world class procurement and supply chain support through the entire procure to pay process. Customer Obsession, Bias for Action, and Ownership are the core of all we do.

Data Center Services Procurement (DCSP) supports Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs, and manages the full “Supplier Lifecycle” including Strategic Sourcing and Intake, Onboarding, Solicitations, Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP) Compliance, Contract management, Supplier Development, as well as all the follow on activities with Requisitioning and Payment Operations.

Key job responsibilities

- Ensuring operations procurement compliance

- Documenting operations scope and processes

- Implementing mechanisms to increase procurement efficiencies

- Managing procurement processes consistently on a regional basis

- Monthly and weekly reporting to Sr leadership by category of all procurement ops transactions

- Become a subject matter expert on all systems and policies related to team programs

- Manage PR queues and intake workflows

- PO processes and resolving systems related issues

- Minimize invoice approval escalations and holds

- Work with App development teams and define process requirements

Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- 2+ years of supply chain experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
