This is a high impact role offering an opportunity to drive end to end Ordering and Fulfillment processes and influence business-critical decisions impacting the supply and availability at the Data Centers. Key leadership traits required include the ability to influence and form strong partnerships with vendors, internal business stakeholders and operational excellence in managing multiple complex and competing priorities simultaneously. A candidate who possess a strong sense of Ownership over work and Deliver Results.
Responsibilities Include:
• Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team
• Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring receipt of spares to achieve on-time-receiving SLAs with Fulfillment centers
• Review and analyses customer complaints and any defect data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to proactively reduce failures
• Plan for and identify root causes of inventory deviation, via cause and effect analysis
• Engage and influence external and internal stakeholders to drive and implement new processes to reduce receiving or shipment defects.
• Manage Invoice on hold process, collaborate with vendors, logistics team, AP teams, regional Planners and Finance to resolve IOH.
• Having advanced MS Excel, MS-office and basic SQL is a must requirement. Ability to manage huge data sets and able to massage the data, create VLOOKUP and Pivots.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring inflow of spares to achieve on-time-delivery SLAs with vendors.
• Lead and drive day-to-day order and fulfillment of spares process with vendors and internal stakeholders, including transactional issue resolution, and critical information gathering regarding schedules, invoices, tracking info, IOH, etc.
• Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill the spares requirement
• Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.- 2+ years of experience in procurement, Ordering, Fulfillment, in-stock management, forecast, demand or supply planning
- 1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Excel or basic SQL skills
Extended Qualifications
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and a passion for driving process improvement.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Experience in program managing complex projects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
