Description
The CEO Engagements Team creates opportunities to build and deepen CEO relationships by executing impactful events and engagement opportunities. The team sits within the Global Executive Marketing function which builds and launches programs that are intended to build, deepen, and strengthen relationships with top decision makers to drive business.The CEO Engagements Team is seeking a Strategic Executive Project Manager to help manage the operations and details of complex programs. This candidate will drive improvements in operational efficiency across programs, support program planning, logistics, and management, as well as own key workstreams to improve the impact of programs on the business. The candidate will have experience creating and managing complex project plans, identifying and communicating project requirements and risks, negotiating priorities, clarifying what success looks like, reporting to stakeholders, and managing against plans to meet commitments and goals. They will have experience delivering operational improvements and creating efficiencies, managing and drawing insights from program data to inform decision-making and influence strategy.
This position works on several high-impact, high-visibility programs and interacts with a diverse group of globally distributed stakeholders. It requires an individual with attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. There is a heavy focus on operational efficiency, project and stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. This role requires the candidate to insist on the highest standards and dive deep. The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and adapts well when navigating change.
Key job responsibilities
• Create and improve operational efficiencies across the program portfolio by identifying, developing, and documenting scalable processes
• Drive program execution such as project management, tracking and reporting, measurement, trend analysis, audits, business review input, and support ticket management, when needed
• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans to meet commitments and objectives
• Leverage available data sources to monitor existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics and to analyze, evaluate, and measure impact to the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on generation of reports and trackers to aid better insights and analytics
• Support communications across program workstreams and broader organization
• Navigate internal and external tools and data sources to support program execution
• Engage across the team to contribute to key operational planning and rhythm of the business workstreams
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across programs to draw upon best practices
A day in the life
• Execute key program workstream deliverables including but not limited to supporting project management and rhythm of the business activities
• Write and edit documents and/or internal and external communications
• Create mechanisms to streamline and improve program operations
• Pull required data to help inform nominations decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to achieve program outcomes
• Track and report on program metrics, conduct customer research, and deliver insights

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Extended Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
