Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.AWS is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive technical excellence within the AWS Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to elevate and improve our MSP partners' capabilities across regions by working with the local MSP champions.
Key job responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to build and conduct enablement and validation for AWS managed services provider (MSP) Partners. You will work with strategic MSPs to review their practices and guide them on expanding and improving their technical capabilities. More importantly, you will build technical content and other resources that help scale the enablement and validation motion across thousands of Partners. You will leverage generative AI and other technologies to go beyond static content and create adaptable tools and experiences that help Partners improve their MSP practices regardless of their current maturity.
You will be the primary point of escalation for MSP validations and will be responsible for helping AWS hold a high bar for Partners on behalf of our customers.
You will work closely with the World Wide MSP Technical Lead, the broader MSP program team, and regional MSP champions to define the program strategy and implement new initiatives. Success in this position depends on your ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution to drive partner growth and program excellence.
A day in the life
As an MSP Solutions Architect, your day will typically involve leading technical sessions (either in 1:1 or 1:many formats), building content and tools, and collaborating with program teammates to evolve program standards. You will interact with internal AWS teams, 3rd party auditors, and MSP Partners themselves as part of our program validation and review process. The role involves regular interaction with program leadership, key partners, and regional teams, requiring occasional travel for workshops and AWS events.
About the team
The team you will work on owns the technical validation programs within the AWS Partner Network (APN).
