- Tracking smelter due diligence corrective action status and coordinating monthly Denied Party Screening (DPS), escalating risks or delays to program leads as needed

- Serving as a point of contact for Business Units on supplier status and classification questions, and managing supplier follow-up and escalations for non-responsive suppliers

- Coordinate implementation of compliance strategies for forthcoming minerals due diligence regulations

Program Support & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Understand end-to-end supplier due diligence processes and communicate clearly with stakeholders on how changes may impact internal and external customers

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Amazon business models, as well as third-party firms and suppliers

- Develop and improve project and program management processes, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, AI, and improve automation

- Create and maintain business metrics and reporting to support program visibility

- Revise and maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and resources for Human Rights and Social Impact, business stakeholders, and suppliers based on program updates

- Provide concise, digestible status updates for senior leadership on operational topics and program progress

- Identify opportunities to optimize recurring workflows and procedures, and collaborate with the program team to implement improvements

- Maintain awareness of industry best practices in responsible minerals sourcing, and flag emerging trends or regulatory changes to program leads

- Support the team in improving processes for ingesting and analyzing supplier compliance data

Team Operations & Planning

In this role, you will support how the Human Rights and Social Impact team plans, coordinates, and communicates its work:

- Support team meeting operations, including preparing agendas, capturing notes and action items, and following up to keep workstreams on track
