Leo Devices & Systems team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Development Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
* Architecture - Knowledgeable of ServiceNow’s core capabilities, extensibility, and best practices when designing solutions for business customers.
* Administration – Upgrading, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow’s core, modules, workflows, and integrations with minimal disruption to business customers.
* Support - Troubleshoot and resolve user and service issues along with optimizing performance of ServiceNow, integrations, and customization. Oncall required.
* Customizing - Create and modify forms, fields, tables, and UI elements using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements.
* Workflow and Integrations - Build and maintain 1st and 3rd party integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers,.
* Reporting and Analytics - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools to improve decision-making and service delivery.

* Train and Mentor - Train and mentor team members and other services support adjacent teams on ServiceNow practices.
A day in the life
Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure is looking for experienced and dedicated team members to help manage the administration, maintenance, and development of the ServiceNow platform for the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative and has great problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable working on core application administration, creating workflows, data management, scripting and process automation. You will need to work with non-technical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- 3+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions.
- 3+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as a administrator, developer and/or comparable role.
- 3+ years experience customizing ServiceNow visual interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- 3+ years with IT service management and user support.
- 1+ years experience developing applications for ServiceNow.
- 1+ years with scripting automation for administration, configuration, and data processing using Python, Javascript, Shell, or other contemporary scripting runtimes.
- 1+ years extending ServiceNow functionality through contemporary integration with resources such as RESTful or SOAP APIs.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment- Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, - Service Mapping, - Discovery, and/or - Risk and Compliance.
- Proven experience with common Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Experience customizing or developing reports from data residing in relational databases.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
