Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end manufacturing and quality solutions during a full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This critical role involves architecting solutions that integrate seamlessly with manufacturing operations, costing processes, subcontracting scenarios, and integrated business planning.

Key job responsibilities

* Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders.

* Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP PP/QM solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.

* Configure and customize core SAP PP modules, including Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Shop Floor Control/Production Execution, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Capacity Planning.

* Configure and customize SAP QM modules, including Quality Planning (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics), Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Notifications, and Batch Management.

* Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP/QM and other core SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI/CO.

* Develop and manage comprehensive data migration strategies for relevant master and transactional data (e.g., BOMs, routings, quality specs, production orders) from legacy systems.

* Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

* Plan and deliver effective end-user training sessions and provide critical post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and rapid issue resolution.

* Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, the project management office (PMO), and technical teams, managing project scope, risks, and timelines.



Qualifications

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience



Extended Qualifications

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries

- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
