Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Planning and Forecasting Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end manufacturing and quality solutions during a full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This critical role involves architecting solutions that integrate seamlessly with manufacturing operations, costing processes, subcontracting scenarios, and integrated business planning.Key job responsibilities
* Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders.
* Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
* Configure and customize core SAP Planning and Forecasting modules, including Master Data, MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
* Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP/QM and other core SAP modules such as MM, SD and FI/CO.
* Develop and manage comprehensive data migration strategies for relevant master and transactional data from legacy systems.
* Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
* Plan and deliver effective end-user training sessions and provide critical post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and rapid issue resolution.
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the project management office (PMO), and technical teams, managing project scope, risks, and timelines.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience- 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent
- 4+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 3+ years of industry work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP planning architecture/design
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or legacy APO/BPC.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
- Proven experience implementing solutions related to manufacturing execution, cost calculation, subcontracting, and IBP integration within SAP environments is required.
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as the SAP Certified Application Associate - Production Planning & Manufacturing with SAP S/4HANA or the SAP Certified Application Associate - Quality Management with SAP S/4HANA, are highly preferred.
- Experience with other SAP solutions like SAP MDG, S4Hana DM, SAP ME/MII, SAP EWM or PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
