Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Salesforce Technical Program Manager, focusing on marketing automation platforms that help showcase Amazon Global Logistics benefits to Amazon Sellers. This role combines technical expertise with marketing technology to drive innovative solutions through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and related platforms.

Key job responsibilities

- Design and implement technical solutions for marketing automation platforms

- Develop and maintain key data pipelines using Apex code and Visualforce pages

- Lead engineering, compliance, testing, release, and support processes

- Manage integrations between Salesforce and various business systems

- Serve as primary administrator for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement instance

- Perform technical analysis and level-of-effort estimation for new projects

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

- Drive process automation and application development

- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams

A day in the life

Your day might start with a morning stand-up with the Marketing team to align on campaign requirements. You'll spend time coding custom solutions in Salesforce, reviewing integration points with various marketing tools, and ensuring data pipelines are operating efficiently. You may troubleshoot technical issues, mentor team members on best practices, or participate in planning sessions for upcoming marketing initiatives. The role offers a blend of hands-on technical work and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

- 1+ years of professional experience with software development or technical project coordination

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure

- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification (Pardot certification)



Extended Qualifications

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)

- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator)

- Experience using project management tools

- Knowledge of agile methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
