Description

The Salesforce Success Central (SFSC) Team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a strong record of delivering, maintaining and improving Salesforce solutions.

As a Salesforce.com Administrator, you will be a direct point of contact for user groups and global teams who require configuration and maintenance of Salesforce applications, as well as advanced reporting and training. You will work directly with the system/data, lead technical projects or portions of projects, as well as configure solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. You will analyze requirements and help maintain the implementations for various business entities on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce.com CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

• Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.

• Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the Salesforce system.

• Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization's that solve Amazon's Business needs.

• Understanding customer, internal sales and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in Salesforce CRM.

• Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and train local and vendor admin resources.

A day in the life

As a Salesforce Administrator on the SFSC team - you will administer multiple Salesforce implementations and ensure they are operating securely within defined guardrails. You will review end-user requests and suggest scalable out-of-the-box solutions, while ensuring security of customer data. You will drive system improvement projects to keep up with Salesforce releases and advise users of new features that become available. You could also be guiding internal/vendor resources to help build enhancements requested by business users while ensuring all guardrails around best practices and security are met.

SFSC is a dedicated, central team providing Salesforce expertise and managed services to help teams across Amazon accelerate their Salesforce journey. We raise the bar on security, compliance, operational excellence and financial responsibility.

SFSC Professional Services offer advisory and build services to set up the foundational framework for launching new Salesforce instances and improve existing implementations. We have expertise in Sales Cloud and native AWS Technologies as well.



Qualifications

- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 2+ years of software development experience

- 3+ years Salesforce Admin/Configuration experience



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
