This role will focus on seller experience protection while meeting KYC obligations
This is an IC (Individual contributor) role to drive a challenging new roadmap to improve Seller experience and challenge status quo. You will collaborate with multiple teams both within and across the org the organization to arrive at the pertinent solution. Your ability to influence people will drive your success and so will your attention to detail. In this role, you will work closely with the legal, business, product, operations, and engineering teams.
Sound understanding of Program management, Compliance, Six Sigma green belt/black belt is a plus
Key job responsibilities
- You will leverage your understanding of Program and Project management in compliance, AML space to drive large-scale efforts, you will translate high level requirements into straight-forward solutions, often inventing new ones.
- Drive VP/Director level goals leading to customer experience, efficiency improvement
- Create strong business case for new proposals, policy changes, Tech interventions. In process, address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders and internal partners
- Support in working with other product and program managers globally to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality
- Coordinate with Program, product managers, across ops, tech, product, and leadership teams to identify operational and seller requirements.
- Document detailed business requirements and work with tech/product partners for product development.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management across our organization via flash, reviews, launches including identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas or other project risks
- Engage with both internal and external customers to gather feedback, onboard to new programs, and ensure the highest quality of support
- Create governance for AML run seller impacting long term solutions

Qualifications
- 7+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience- Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fair understanding of AML regulations, KYC standards, and leading industry practices.
Extended Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
