IMDbPro is IMDb’s professional subscription business, with the mission of informing and connecting professionals in the entertainment industry to help them do their jobs better and advance their careers.

We’re looking for an experienced product marketing leader with strong analytical and project manager experience. In this role, you will own the retention strategy efforts for IMDbPro digital subscriptions based on deep understanding of our entertainment industry members. You are able to define the program, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence and drive large initiatives across internal/external teams to improve the customer experience.

This is a high impact role accountable for reducing churn across customer cohorts. You will interact with senior stakeholders in the org and present learnings & insights to IMDb leadership. If you are organized, analytical, and creative, with an interest in end-to-end ownership, this is a great role for you.

Key job responsibilities

- Customer Insights & Analysis: Utilize data analytics (SQL or other analytical tools) to gain insights into customer behavior, identify at-risk segments, and develop targeted retention campaigns

- Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute marketing programs across various stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience

- Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel retention campaigns, including email marketing, in-app messaging, and personalized content

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Integrated Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to align on cross-functional efforts to retain customers

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies



Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

- Experience in marketing or marketing research

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

- Experience with subscription marketing strongly preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
