GREF provides real estate transactions expertise, business partnering, space and occupancy planning, design and construction, capital investment program management, facility maintenance, and operations all contributing to the employee experience and leveraging places and programs to enable culture to thrive at Amazon.

Within GREF, the Global Customer Insights team represents the voice of the Amazonian throughout the workplace journey. We surface insights that help GREF deliver a workplace experience that enables Amazonians to do their best work while at the office.

We are seeking an experienced research operations professional to join our growing Global Customer Insights team. As a UX Research Program Manager in GREF, you will lead research operations fueling global workplace UX research studies. You will build and sustain operational programs and mechanisms needed to run efficient research at scale, and continuously seek ways to optimize operational excellence procedures and processes.

You will interact daily with UX researchers to understand project needs, both defined and undefined, and will identify and collaborate with the internal and external partners needed to enable successful studies. The UX Research Program Manager will manage the GREF user research panel, and develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and build a thriving community.

Key job responsibilities

- Develop and implement research operations plans to support research initiatives

- Work closely with UX researchers to define and implement project plans, collaborating with internal and external partners on the execution of project plans

- Lead a team of ResOps consultants to execute global projects

- Develop Research Operations processes, and the required tools and mechanisms need to support an efficient research organization

- Develop, grow, and sustain a healthy user research panel to enable quick turn, quality research at scale

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Stay up to date on UX research and ResOps trends and best practices

- Ensure research projects are completed on time, within budget, and are in compliance with GDPR and internal Workplace Privacy requirements

- Provide training and guidance to research teams

This role will be a key lead within the newly formed Global Transformation & Insights org. Qualifications

- 4+ years of research operations and research project management experience

- 2+ years managing global research

- Bachelor’s degree in a research, design, business, or data related field

- Research Operations experience across a range of qual and quant research methods, including central location tests

- Experience programming and managing surveys in Qualtrics



Extended Qualifications

- Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent projects, requiring attention to detail, in an agile environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential project risks and solutions

- Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Direct experience managing or recruiting from user research panels

- Experience with a Panel Management tool a plus (e.g., Great Question)

- Experience working in a high-volume research operations department and automating repetitive tasks

- Vendor management experience

- Research agency experience a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $226,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
