Our Last Mile Regulatory Strategy team plays a pivotal role in navigating these challenges while building a sustainable framework for Last Mile delivery operations. The Program Manager, Legal Data Management will be instrumental in strengthening our regulatory and legal data infrastructure through several key initiatives. This individual will streamline our data production processes for legal, litigation and regulatory purposes, and will serve as the bridge between our vast data resources and legal/regulatory data requirements. Critical to this role is the ability to coordinate effectively with Legal, Litigation, and Regulatory teams, ensuring consistency in legal proceedings or regulatory activities involving Last Mile operations. The position also includes managing a comprehensive program to prepare business representatives for various legal activities, including depositions and discovery processes. This multifaceted role requires an individual who can bridge technical data management with legal and regulatory requirements, helping shape the future of Last Mile delivery while maintaining robust compliance standards.Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
