Description
Project Kuiper, which is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Project Kuiper recruiting team is seeking a results driven Sourcing Recruiter with a passion for delighting clients and candidates.Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on robust knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders and central partner teams to influence and deliver quality hires, and drive a positive candidate experience through the recruitment funnel.
• Partner with Finance to determine future talent needs through workforce capacity planning
• Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising talent.
• Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing recruiters in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment; set team performance goals and delivery timelines via formal tracking process to measure and manage progress (WBR).
• Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
• Produce multiple writing documents: QBR’s, MBR’s, WBR’s, planning docs, program docs, 3YP’s, OP1’s, etc.,

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• 3+ years of stakeholder management in a leadership role
• 3 + years managing a team of recruiters with a proven ability to coach and develop talent
• 2+ years of defining and delivering complex technical recruiting strategies
• 2+ years utilizing metrics and data to drive decision-making; utilizing data and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals
• 3+ years of complex problem solving and amazon doc writing experience
Extended Qualifications
• 3+ years of a proven track record of influencing VP+ level executives on recruiting strategies• 2+ years of working on a business transformation model change
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
• Project/Program management experience
• Workforce planning experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
