Description

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. AWS Support partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. The AWS Enterprise Support team interacts with leading companies and helps customers gain the best value and services from AWS.

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive Program Manager to develop programs and mechanisms that help the Enterprise Support organization operate more efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable organizing, managing and prioritizing content to help globally scale programs and mechanisms. They will work closely with internal teams to create and manage content distribution and ensure information reaches the right audiences, at the right time. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, are able to operate in a high-velocity environment, and will always “roll up the sleeves” to get things done.

Key job responsibilities

- Create and manage effective processes to broadly disseminate new messaging, updated priorities, and hot topics, while tracking success metrics for the processes

- Eliminate content sprawl and ensure internal messaging is engaging, up-to-date, relevant, and easily discoverable

- Lead the strategy for product enablement campaigns internally, driving dialogue, education, and adoption with field employees.

- Proactively build strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups in sales, marketing, communications, and sales operations

Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience with content management in large, global organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
