Description
The Sr. Program Manager for Assortment supports Whole Foods Market's multi-year strategy for advancing selection planning capabilities, in close partnership with merchandising, product and category teams.Key job responsibilities
- Supports execution of multi-year capability roadmap strategy
- Manages implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning
- Delivers quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, assortment productivity)
- Supports development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes
- Supports monthly business review practice for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
