About the team
SPT's North Star is to support and protect Seller business continuity so Sellers can confidently invest in growing with Amazon. To achieve this, we focus on three interconnected areas: Governance—ensuring enforcements are accurate, predictable, and only taken when necessary; Seller Experience—providing transparent information with efficient remediation pathways; and Support—demonstrating Amazon's commitment to Sellers when issues arise.
