The Sr. Program Manager operates as the connective tissue between strategy and execution. The role owns launch readiness, portfolio-level risk assessment, and the operational frameworks that give senior leadership the data and clarity to make high-impact partnership decisions.

Key job responsibilities

● Define offboarding criteria (e.g., API maturity, adoption targets met) and execute transitions

● Maintain the "Monitor/Nurture" tier, tracking offboarded relationships for potential re-engagement

A day in the life

On any given day, you might be assessing portfolio-level risks across active BD engagements, aligning leadership on launch priorities for the quarter, or designing the intake criteria that determine which partnership opportunities warrant investment.
