Description

The Seller External Relations - Content Management team is building the systems that connect teams to the content they need. We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution and delivery momentum across a growing portfolio of initiatives for PRISM, our centralized multimedia content management platform serving creative and content teams featuring Amazon third-party sellers

PRISM centralizes 200,000+ multimedia assets, enabling content teams to efficiently discover, manage, and distribute materials through integrated capabilities including AI-enhanced search, creative automation, rights management, content intelligence, and automated delivery.

This role will report directly to the Manager, Content Management, working closely with our System Development Engineer and partner organizations to maintain delivery momentum through transparent communication, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

Key job responsibilities

Drive execution of initiatives across the content management roadmap, coordinating work across teams and systems while maintaining initiative momentum and removing delivery blockers

Own initiative scoping and sequencing decisions, partnering with the Content Manager to translate strategic direction into executable plans with clear owners, timelines, and success criteria—making trade-off recommendations on sequencing, resource allocation, and scope

Synthesize complex inputs into single-path recommendations with clear next steps, maintaining visibility into initiative progress, risks, and dependencies across the product portfolio

Lead user onboarding and adoption strategies as the content systems scale to new teams across partner organizations, facilitating stakeholder coordination and cross-team alignment

Support capacity planning and program-level success metrics by tracking initiative scope, resource needs, and measurable outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver business value

Identify and implement process improvements that streamline cross-team workflows, reduce coordination friction, and enable teams to deliver independently.

A day in the life

As a Program Manager for PRISM, you will coordinate execution across the initiatives that keep PRISM scaling and delivering new capabilities for our customers. You will facilitate subject matter experts and stakeholder meetings to align on decisions such as metadata standards for creative automation, partner with stakeholders on creative workflow design, coordinate implementation timelines with third-party vendors, and partner with the System Development Engineer on sprint planning and technical coordination for system integrations.

You will maintain visibility across the program's roadmap, identifying risks and dependencies before they become blockers. When issues arise, you will evaluate the situation and escalate with a clear recommendation. You will lead user onboarding and adoption strategies as the content systems scale to new teams across partner organizations, including training coordination, content organization guidance, and ongoing user support to ensure teams can effectively upload, manage, and retrieve assets. You will document key decisions, prepare program status updates for leadership reviews, and translate feedback from multiple stakeholders into actionable next steps for upcoming sprints and prioritization meetings.

About the team

We sit at the intersection of content strategy, technical systems, and organizational change.
