As a Senior Program Manager within the AWS Startup team, you will be responsible for managing complex, strategic programs that support our Investor Management initiatives. You'll work across organizations to define and implement mechanisms that drive startup success through various stages of growth.

Key job responsibilities

Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives

Own and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs

Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness

Drive cross-organizational alignment and execution of strategic initiatives

Own quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes

Develop scalable mechanisms for program excellence and knowledge sharing

Lead operational improvements across multiple teams and organizations

Design and manage complex programs for:

Strategic investor engagement (VC, Seed, Accelerator partnerships)

Global GTM acceleration initiatives (Partner co-sell, marketplace programs)

Technical innovation programs (founder enablement, architecture reviews)

Qualifications

- 6+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives



Extended Qualifications

- Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs

- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences

- Deep experience in cloud computing or enterprise technology

- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital landscape

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

- Experience managing programs across global organizations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
